1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their order at any time before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
SiriSwasthya also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order if fraudulent activity, payment irregularity, or violation of our Terms and Conditions is detected.
In such cases, the Company may cancel the order without prior notice and maintain records of such transactions to prevent misuse or future fraudulent activities.

2. Returns & Replacement Policy
At SiriSwasthya, we take pride in delivering pure, natural, and hygienically packed products crafted with care and authenticity.
Due to the nature of our food and wellness products, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy once goods have been delivered.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Returns or replacements will be accepted only under the following conditions:
•    The product is damaged, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery.
•    An incorrect product was delivered.
•    Items are missing from the shipment.
To initiate a return or replacement request:
Please share the following details within 48 hours of delivery by email to infoatvvm@gmail.com:
1.    A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
2.    Clear images showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
3.    A video of the outer packaging, if applicable.
4.    The order number or invoice copy for verification.
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our support team will assess the evidence and provide further instructions on eligibility for return or replacement.
Important:
Please do not send any product back to us without prior authorization from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

3. Refund Policy
If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch or a return request has been approved after inspection, the refund process will be initiated upon receipt and verification of the returned product.
•    Refunds will be processed within 10–12 business days from the date of approval.
•    Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the amount to reflect in your account.
•    Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.
•    Customers will receive an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of the refund.
•    Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please follow these steps:
1.    Recheck your bank account or payment app.
2.    Contact your bank or payment provider, as internal processing times may vary.

5. Return Shipping Address
All approved returns must be sent to the following address:

If a return is authorized due to product damage, incorrect delivery, or missing items, SiriSwasthya will bear the return shipping charges.
For all other cases, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
