How long does it take for home delivery?

We usually deliver your order within 7 working days anywhere across India.

What courier do you use for deliveries?

We ship all orders through Shiprocket, our trusted logistics partner.
Depending on your location, Shiprocket connects with leading courier services like Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, and India Post to ensure your SiriSwasthya products reach you safely and on time — anywhere across India.

Why am I being charged for delivery on my order when it states standard delivery is free?

Standard delivery with SiriSwasthya is free on most orders, but a small delivery charge may apply in a few cases — for example:

  • Your order value is below our free-shipping minimum threshold
  • The delivery location is outside regular service areas (as defined by our courier partners)
  • You’ve selected an express or priority delivery option

We always show any applicable delivery charges clearly before checkout, so there are no hidden fees.

If you believe a charge was added by mistake, just reach out to our support team — we’ll be happy to review and fix it for you right away.

I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?

A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch (shipping) email — with your tracking link — is sent when your order leaves our Bengaluru facility. If you haven’t received either, try these quick checks first:

  1. Check the email address you used at checkout and look in Spam / Promotions / Junk folders.
  2. Search your inbox for emails from SiriSwasthya or Shiprocket.
  3. If you created an account, log in and check My Orders for order status and tracking info.
  4. If it’s been more than 48 hours since you placed the order and you still don’t see confirmation or dispatch details, contact us so we can investigate.
Why does it not tell us on the website that the parts will be delivered by the branch?

We understand the confusion — and we’re happy to clarify this!

SiriSwasthya products are shipped directly from our main facility in Bengaluru or from the nearest dispatch branch, depending on your delivery location.

Since we use Shiprocket’s smart logistics network, the system automatically assigns the fastest delivery route — which could be from our primary warehouse or a partner branch. That’s why the website doesn’t list the specific dispatch branch at checkout.

Rest assured, no matter which branch your order ships from, every pack is authentic, quality-checked, and sealed by SiriSwasthya before dispatch — so you always receive genuine products in perfect condition.

Can I collect from a local store?

Currently, SiriSwasthya is an online-only brand, and we don’t offer in-store pickup yet.

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our Bengaluru facility through our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket, and delivered safely to your doorstep anywhere in India.

We’re always exploring ways to make your experience smoother — so if local pickup becomes available in the future, we’ll announce it on our website and social media pages.

Do you deliver on Weekend?

Yes, in most cities our delivery partners do deliver on Saturdays, and sometimes even on Sundays, depending on your location and local courier availability.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email where you can see the latest delivery status and estimated arrival date.
Our goal is to make sure your SiriSwasthya order reaches you as quickly as possible — whether it’s a weekday or the weekend!

Can you confirm you have received my return?

Once your return request has been approved by our support team, we’ll share the return shipping address and instructions.

After the product reaches our facility, our team carefully inspects and verifies the returned items.

You’ll then receive an email confirmation stating that your return has been received and is being processed for replacement or refund, as applicable.

If you’ve already shipped your return and haven’t heard back within 5–7 working days, please share your tracking details with our support team at infoatvvm@gmail.com so we can confirm receipt and update you on the next steps.

Note: We cannot process or confirm returns that haven’t been pre-approved or authorized by our team.

How long will it be before I get a refund?

Once your return or cancellation has been approved, the refund process begins right away.

We usually process all refunds within 10–12 business days from the date of approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used during checkout, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is successfully processed.

If it’s been more than 15 working days and you haven’t received your refund, please contact our support team at infoatvvm@gmail.com — we’ll help you track the refund status immediately.

Who pays for return postage?

If your return has been approved due to a valid reason — such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if items were missing from your order — SiriSwasthya will cover the full cost of return shipping.

In all other cases (for example, if a customer chooses to return the product without an approved reason), the return postage cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please note:

We request customers not to send any items back without prior authorization from our support team, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed for refunds.

For approved returns, our team will share the return address and pickup instructions via email once your request is verified.

Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?

Our delivery charge is non-refundable, as it covers the shipping and handling cost for delivering your order safely to your address.

However, if your order was incorrect, damaged, or defective, and your return request has been approved by our team, we’ll not only replace or refund the product but also refund the delivery charge (if applicable) as part of our service commitment.

For any other cancellations or returns not due to a mistake from our side, only the product cost is refunded — the original delivery charge is not included in the refund.

Do you offer a VAT discount to non EU customers?

SiriSwasthya is a Bengaluru-based Indian brand, and all our orders are processed and shipped within India.

As such, we don’t currently sell or ship to the EU or other international regions, so VAT (Value Added Tax) exemptions or international tax discounts don’t apply.

If we expand our shipping network to serve international customers in the future, we’ll clearly display all pricing and tax details at checkout.

For now, all prices shown on our website are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes (GST) and final for delivery anywhere in India.
